Description
Establish a Data Integrity Board to: a. Review proposals to conduct or participate in a matching program; and b. Conduct an annual review of all matching programs in which the agency has participated.
Supplemental Guidance
A Data Integrity Board is required for federal agencies that conduct or participate in a matching program. The board reviews and approves matching agreements and related activities. The Computer Matching and Privacy Protection Act of 1988 requires the establishment of data integrity boards within agencies.
